Curtis PDC are expert planning and development consultants based in Newcastle upon Tyne. Their clients are a mixture of private developers, public sector, commercial and industrial property developers, architects and land owners.
What:
First impressions are vital in the property sector. Curtis PDC wished to create a branding and an online presence to match its reputation of professional experts who cared. They required a brand new logo, website and theme within a tight deadline for when they attend MIPIM, the worlds largest and prestigious property exhibition.
Approach:
Given the tight deadline, our approach had to be streamlined and accurate. After our discovery session where we went through a process to understand every aspect of the the business and its goals. We then created a series of concepts.
Results:
Curtis PDC were delighted with the branding and the website and received great feedback from clients and potential clients at MIPIM. This has helped Curtis PDC, a recently formed company, to demonstrate its expertise and professionalism which resulted in 3 new instructions within a space of weeks.
