Property development specialists and student accommodation providers, Groovy Students is a rapidly expanding company based in the North East of England housing hundreds of students in its accommodations.
Groovy Students provides high end luxury student accommodation in Middlesbrough and Sunderland. Facing an already established and competitive marketplace, Groovy Students were looking to attract more student enquiries and bookings as well as develop their newly created brand, Groovy Students.
Working closely with Groovy Students, we helped them identify the key touch points of it’s audience and to strategically map out the PR Marketing plan. As the rebranding of the company was recent, we also help establish it’s core value, tone of voice and message to its audience. Once the foundations had been laid, we carried out the plan and implemented a range of campaigns which included pay per click, social media, branded content creation, offline targetting and joint venturing partnerships to great effect.
Groovy Students brand and its accommodation experienced a massive increase in attention and exposure as our PR tactics worked to great effect. Backed up with our marketing tactics and sales system, they were able to to book out 90% of their rooms 6 months before the peak season and completion of building works, allowing them to concentrate on expanding the company to other sites.
