Located in Singapore with properties throughout Asia, Soilbuild has completed a multitude of purpose-built business spaces occupied by MNCs and SMEs in various sectors.
What:
SoilBuild Group Holdings is a property group who specialise in developing commercial and residential properties in Asia. Their buildings are used by multi national companies and small businesses, spanning across different sectors. Their goal was to increase awareness and enhance their reputation as one of Asia’s best property developers for their launch of a 24 storey residential apartments in Myanmar.
Approach:
We listened and worked closely with the SoilBuild marketing department to create several award entries for the International Property Awards. Using our expertise and knowledge, We gathered all content to create, print and bound an immaculately presented brochure which highlighted the key points to over 30 different judges.
Results:
Soilbuild Group Holding faced stiff competition in their categories, however we awarded with 5 different awards, with one being awarded the prestigious “Best Residential High-rise Development” in their country.
This served as great press opportunity to market their apartments to Ultra High Net Worth individuals and further enhance the Soilbuild brand.
