Sunderland Hair And Beauty are a boutique Salon based in Sunderland. They have been established for over 10 years and offers a range of products and services. Their clienteles come from all over the North East for their first class treatments.
What:
Sunderland Hair And Beauty had problems with their website and booking system. They were using an unknown system called Pro Software UK however their website was constantly down and their booking system was inaccurate, causing confusion among staff and clients. The system they used was complicated and the support was non existent. They realised their website looked dated and their branding need to be updated when compared to its competitors.
Approach:
We assessed the system and the data that was stored on their existing system. With thousands of client details we had to ensure records were accurate as finances in client records needed to be kept and carried through to the new system. We looked at the branding and during the discovery phase, we pinpointed the types of clients Sunderland Hair And Beauty wished to target. Using this information we started the design process for their branding and website.
Results:
Sunderland Hair And Beauty transformed their website and their branding to target clients who we more likely to book their high end treatments. The result meant they could differentiate their business to their competitors who were competing on price. The new website received positive feedback from existing and new clients, who started to book online, thereby freeing up the receptionist and systemising their workflow. It also allowed them to receive bookings 24/7 all year through, without the need to constantly answer the phone and being asked if their was availability. Sunderland Hair And Beauty have now expanded their services and their team.
