Having worked magic to the huge derelict building in the middle of Sunderland City Centre, this iconic department store has finally been given a new lease of life as a luxury student accommodation housing up to 114 residents

After standing derelict for 8 years, Jopling welcomed students and the media as 5 Star PR Marketing organised an open day and press event to celebrate its rebirth into the modern world.
